Hello Doctor, I have been diagnosed with Kienbock disease, what are the options for treatment?? Is surgery only way?? My stage is between stage 2 & 3

I started feeling little knee pain after my squat excercise. Earlier I only feel knee pain while doing Squat and it disappear after few hours. But On 1st September morning I had my squat without weight and feel knee got little heavy, stiff, dump pain. I rested for 15-20 days and it got better. But On November 2nd I started feel little pain and weakness in my knee again as I have walked on uneven surfaces. Recently I did MRI and it as followings: 1)Grade II myxoid degeneration involving posterior horn of the medial meniscus  2) Fluid collection adjacent to the posterior horn of medial meniscus- ?parameniscal cyst/ distended medial gastrocnemius semimembranosus bursa.  3) Mucoid degeneration of ACL. 4) Minimal synovial effusion of the knee joint. 5)Minimal collection in deep infrapatellar bursa. What does this report means and how to evaluate my knee

Doctor, since my childhood my height increases very slowly as compared to other children and very less , I have reached to the 18 years of age and my height is 5'7 , what is the reason that my height is not increasing and how can I increase my height further.

Recently I had dislocation of my right shoulder. It was corrected with anesthesia. What powder can I add with milk to improve my bone and muscle strength .

It never happened earlier but in last two matches after playing badminton my right hand started shaking and it continued till weeks and now out of nowhere even when I'm not playing or my hand is not doing anything it starts shaking or when I'm having anxiety it starts shaking. This is for a 61 years old female. She is a diabetic patient with average blood pressure is 140/90. She is suffering from gout as informed by one of the orthopaedic. Uric acid is 7.5 as per the report. However she is experiencing swollen fingers of her left foot. In the three smal fingers. So she has pain while walking. So kindly advice how to cure this swollen feet.

Hii I am having pain in my right leg upper thigh area from last 4 to 5 days I don't know why this sudden pain I don't understand whether it's cramp or something ..because I did not fall or I did not get any injury but this sudden sharp pain is too irritating can you please tell me what it can be or any remedy or medicine for relief. There is no redness or swelling there but pain is like too much stiffness on just one spot. I took paracetamol one day in night that day I got relief but the pain comes back after medicine effects end.
