29yr male this side. i met with an accident  on 19-9-23 as my 2 wheeler slipped and i suffered a tibial fracture. i visited an orthopedician and he said that these type of fracture can be treated conservatively by cast plaster, so to subside swelling he gave me a pop slab for 10 days. on 30-9-23 , i visited again and the fracture traction and reduction (closed)was done and above knee cast plaster was given, with followup scheduled for 21 days. i visited on 21-10-23, and an xray was done(which i am attaching) sir i want to know about the healing, that any healing is there or not? any sign of callus? any sign of union? the doctor said that after 10 days i.e. on 31-10-23, above knee cast will be converted to ptb cast. sir kindly tell me abt the healing. and if the line of treatment is correct?

Hello I am facing hip pain which is now travelling towards leg . I have done x ray which was clear and my d3 is 19 and b12 is 230. Even after taking pain killers pain remains the same. No problem in walking but pain triggers while sitting and sleeping. Please suggest

2 yrs ago, a screw had to be implanted in my husband's shoulder bone. Although it has not caused any problem yet but we don't know what the screw is made of as the hospital didn't give us any document after the surgery mentioning the material of the implant. Please find attached xray. Please advise if we should remove the implant.
