Lateral malleolus fracture and ATFL sprain due to right ankle twisted at home on December 5, 2023. Symptoms - swelling and pain while putting weight. X-ray - December 5. Cast given. Repeated x-ray after 2 weeks i.e Dec 19. Next follow-up after 15 days. Doctor diagnosis - fracture and sprain. Adviced - immobilised leg Attached - X Ray - 5th and 19th December 2023. Q1 - Analysis of two x-rays Q2 - Total recovery time Q3 - Line of treatment after removing the cast Q4 - Severity of injury.

Since 2 years I constantly get headache and always feels out of space. The headache increases whenever I stand for long time and get heavy legs/foot. Sometimes I get knee pain in one or two side. Whenever I wake up sometimes get some different stiffness feeling. Im really worried of my symptoms as it's making me to not walk, stand or be normal. I don't have any health issue except this so far.

I'm trained with Spine extension exercise and other strengthening exercise for L5S1 bulge. All of the sudden from last 3 to 4 days feeling intermitteent vibration sense in specific part of my left side of upper back.  While walking and sleeping not getting this sensation. Will it be settled on its own in sometime? Shall continue with strengthening exercises ?

If I go for ankle implant removal surgery after 1 year, will there be bone overgrowth? Also will it hinder operation?

Recent pain lead to visit for MRI and found it is Avascular Necrosis Can  this Avascular Necrosis be treated without surgery???? Please suggest asap.

On the back near scapula pain radiates to the ribs. And covers till the breast area. Isn't going away with medications.

How many days full bed rest to be taken after knee screw&wire removal? Before cutting of stich of knee after how many days dressing should be changed ?

Whenever theres a moment in leg some time it suddenly pains for minutes. It was happening once a month. But from last two days there's mild pain at left side from waist to knee. I am a supervisor and have to stand at daytime.

Hi Doctors, I had a ankle twist 7 years ago.. But after that I always have little uncomfortable in my right ankle.. So unable to keep it in the right position while sleeping.. Else I will feel some kind of pain at the lower leg/ankle. Not severe pain, but all the muscles at the area feels like bulging or infammed. I have been suffering from this last 7 years. I feel like the positioning of my leg itself changed a little. Also when ever I take CBC test, I see my ESR levels are high.. Recent test shows that 1 hr sedimentation rate is 50.. Kindly let me know if this can be cured or not. Thank you for helping.
