Swollen feet
I have been experiencing swollen feet. I have pain on my kneels while walking. What could be the possible reasons? How to reduce it? Kindly advice.

Please get your blood pressure checked frequently. Thyroid profile. Vitamin D levels. Visit a physician for the same. Unlikely an orthopaedic problem. If everything else is ruled out then consult an ortho.

Pedal odema ( swollen foot has multiple reasons) Check crp, uric acid, kidney function,liver function, cardiac function tests Knee pains can be due high uric acid or lack of strengthening exercises or Vitamin D. Check that
