Hello doctor My left side of back suddenly started paining at 5 am in the morning, pain was there for half an hour, please tell me why was it paining I'm feeling too scared

I've diagnoised with L5S1 disc protrusion for almost two months. First two weeks was into Gabapentin medication. After discontinue the medicines pain started. Went physiotherapy for 5 days and stretching exercises. Now could notice no radiating pain through my thigh and also pain is very minimal near the hip area but all of the sudden severe pain in the other day(but no radiating pain through thigh). still continue doing 20mnts stretching exercise everyday. Please advise if I need any further inperson consultations?

After surgery for bimalleolar fracture is there malunion of bone in the attached photo. Also if I remove the hardwares what are the chances of refracture?

My baby is 1 year and 4 months old,her toes are little bit inwards when standing and walking , she is walking on her own without any issues but her toes are bit curved inside, what should we do and while walking her feet are wide. I have attached a pic of her legs

How long is ankle hardware removal recovery? Is physiotherapy needed after the removal? Also will I be able to walk just after the removal?
