I had a tibial condyle fracture knee in 2008.I have knee pain whenever I exert my knee more.What should I take zerodol p or zerodol sp for  pain relief.Thanks.

Hi doc, I recently become mother 12 weeks back. Since then I am alone handling my baby .. as I don't have option to give baby to other. I hardly sleep 2-3 hour per day. Pain developed in my right wrist due to breastfeeding my baby and carrying my baby in lap. I have applied moov and using wristband but still pain is not healing. What should I do?

I have done acl repair and meniscus repair on 11 th of oct 2023.from yesterday onwards am facing pain in the outer area of my legs where stitching is done.am doing physiotherapy 6 times a day.it is too disturbing for sleeping.kindly guide me to reduce pain

I have been struggling with meniscus tear since 2020. I went to famous doc in march 2022 and seeing my MRi , he suggested surgery not required physiotherapy will work and asked me to come back after 3 months. I was feeling bit ok with exe. & later on with work pressure i didnot go. Its been 1.5 years . I recently took MRI as i started feel bit discomfort ( no pain). The discomfort comes &  goes.  I used to do knee exe. not so regularly but now im doing.And also I found there is not much difference between MRI i took in march 2022 to MRi i took in oct 2023. I found only the following one addition ie. Chondromalacia grade 2 & early patellar tendopathy. The old impressions were chronic partial tear of acl and peripheral tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus.   Now based on this do i have to go for surgery or physiotherapy can cure me?For ref.im 6 feet tall , underweight and do take precautions like avoiding staircase , wearing knee straps and physiotherapy for 5-10 minutes. Plz help.

2 yrs ago a screw had to be implanted on my husband's shoulder bone due to fracture caused by a motorbike accident. There has been no document from the hospital which can say what material the screw is made of. Please advise if there is any way to find the material of the implant placed in the bone and if we need to remove the screw.

Sir i am currently in armed  training . And i am facing shin pain due to running . In training period i cannot take rest . My shin are paining in extreme manners. What can i take in supplements to recover my shin splints fast without rest 🙏🙏

Hlo ...i am having shin splints due to running from last 5 yrs ...i do all stretching exercises for prevention of shin splints ...but my shin does not recover while running ...pls tell the reason for this issue ...is it a nutrition problem or what else

I had knee pain (in right leg) and visited a doctor for help. I was given some NSAID and it fixed the pain. When doctor was checking my knees, he mentioned that i had minor knee degeneration due to age. I couldn't ask him the question at that time but now I am wondering if it is possible to reverse this by any medication and/or exercises and keep the knee joint healthy for longer duration?

Sir i am having problem of shin pain due to running and running is very slow not so fast like others do But after that i am having shin pain from past 5 yrs When i stop running my shin repairs but when i start again i starts hurting in extreme manner I do stretching and all exercises of shin pain but this pain doesnot goes off Please provide me some solutions Is this a nutrition deficiency of tendons repairs or what else

My father fell in August 2023. His left leg got fractured. He was operated and Titanium plate is used. After 1 month, suddenly urine output stopped and catheter is used now. Doctor has done MRI to check the possible reason. MRI report is attached herewith.
