Severe back pain
Hi,
I am having severe back pain since 3 - 4 weeks, earlier I had been given some medication prescribed by doctor which comprised of Vitamin D and painkiller for a week.
After taking these and having rest most of pain went away, but again recently last week I had to host a family gathering, where I did some sort of physical activity, since lead to gradual increase of pain.
I have done a Xray as well whose pics I will be attaching herewith. Could you please help me with remedies or any sort of medication or any other such thing.
Any help would be much appreciated.
