Bone & Muscle problems

Every cold season all my fingers will start swelling and it will pain a lot. I am not able to even grab things. When in contact with heat it will start itching and become red. What could be the reason and how to treat this .

Hi, I was diagnosed with avn stage-2 and core decompression surgery was done. It's been 15 months since surgery. Can I do normal excercise like squats? 4 days back I did 20 mins of Threadmill & 40 squats . Don't know what happened from next day I have pain in the hip & it is very painful. I am taking pain killers now. From when can I do all normal activities like running & all.

I started feeling pain on my right heel a few months ago. It increases when I walk and get intense after that. It takes a while to come into normal situation, however, it starts repeating if I walk. I am facing it for around 2-3 months and not getting as any relaxation. My left heel is very normal and encounters no issues. Pls suggest further guidance on this situation.

I have pain in 3 areas , one in my neck (for 1.5 years) , one in my back (for one year ) and one in my shoulder(tendonitis , for 4 years ) My concern is all these pains come and go ...they are not going permanently. What should I do ?

I found  my left wrist have a hard lump so for that i visited doctor he did x-ray and USG and doctor told x- ray is fine and USG report came like,  thick walled anechoic cyst and possibly ganglion cyst and doctor also told it ganglion cyst but I afraid for this is hard, do i need to worry about it. Please assist me.

I am having pain in my palm area in left hand since two weeks it worsens at night and early morning also i feel little weakness when i do normal work numbness and tingling also some times

My bones are getting weak everyday, my shoulders have also changed. All the blood test are normal, Calcium is 9.9. my teeths are also getting slight cracks. I take vitamin d weekly. I suffer from constipation for long period.
