Bone & Muscle problems

I am working as RGM in hotel industry and I need to stand at a stretch for long hours. In my college days I had a severe injury after falling from a wall in which my ankle was twisted badly.Now the the pain in the heel and Ankle is so immense that I have to walk lame.Cant figure out  what can be the solution for this.However I have booked an appointment with a ortho.Hopefully that shall work

Is limb lengthening surgery safe? If not, what are the serious complications and how can they be avoided? If I decide to get it done how many inches can I grow? Will I see the results immediately after the surgery? I’m 5’3. Can I get to 5’8 or 5’9? Will I able to walk, run and workout normally after the surgery?

Hi my father is suffering from ankle joint pain. He had diabetes issue. How to get rid of this pain. Kindly suggest

From the last two years my calf muscles of  both legs are paining. Pain and irritation from thighs just above knee to below knees. While climbing stairs it is aggravating. hemoglobin, Vit b12' d3 , sugar, thyroid,auto immune tests, cpk are normal. If any fever or loose motions( just two) it's further weakness in calf muscles. Is it due to neuropathy or muscle problem or any nutrition deficiency. Any physiotherapy will aid this condition

Hi Doctor, My kid is 2 year male, On December 16 - he was running very fast in evening- at night he started saying some pain in right leg. Later we had seen mild swelling in ankle on next morning. Mild fever also there. Withinn 48 hours we had visited doctor. With x ray report doctor said it's normal bleeding from muscle. Within 3 day ferver completely reduced and only he was not able to walk properly in right leg. Later we waited more than 27 days but it's not recovered still.. He is unable to walk properly.. Jan 11- after 20 days fever started and currently he is having fever since last 3 days.. Checked with pediatric doctor and he took all the blood test and suspected remothoid arthritis. So he took RF test and ASO.. Reports attached it shows normal.. Still he is unable to walk properly is there any chance for remothoid arthritis for my 2 years baby? What I have to do now?

I am 34years old..6month back..while tried to learn swiming in swimming pool...I got sudden pain in my thigh..by rubbing it I tried to diminish the pain..now also same  pain I m having after 6month in the same thigh area..I m not able to do any leg excercises..pls tell me what is the cause of this pain..is something serious..or is these vein damaged pain? Pls reply..what should I do kindly tell me..I m having pain all time now..

Yesterday I tripped and got my ankle fractured. Xray report says " Transverse non displaced fracture of right lateral malleolus" How severe it is? One doctor is suggesting Surgery ORIF. Can expert doctors advise me  if this can be fixed with a normal plaster?? Reports attached.
