I have been suffering from ligament tear i grt severe pain when i walk for long distances and i feel instability in my leg. Please sughest the medicine for speed rrcovery

Complete tear with partial resoprtion of the distal fibers of the anterior cruciate ligament noted in T2W and FSPD images. The proximal fibers are seen scarred to the genu of the posterior crucaite ligament. Mild buckling of the PCL with anterior translation of the tibia noted (MR drawer sign +ve(8.7mm). Mild suprapatellar joint effusion is seen with extending into the central recess.

I'm 69 years old . I have problem of bow legs from last 10 years. But this year from 2 months I have real pain in legs when I walk. Unable to do daily task or walk or stand properly. I have AIIMS appointment after 2 days. My question is what tests should I take before appointment? Also should I take x-ray report of my knees? Please reply.

I am experiencing pain in both of my legs. Pain starts from the back of my heel and then goes to the peroneus brevis muscle, peroneus longus , exterior digitorum longus muscle, and up to the outer part of my thigh muscle. This pain continues 24 hrs. Basically outer side of my legs are affected from this pain. It also swells sometimes. Which injury is this is this Achilles tendon or any other injury. I have highlighted the pain affected area in the picture.

Suddenly got middle back pain since yesterday, work before computer for 8 hours everyday and travel for 3-4 hours everyday. Not able to conclude why this is happening. No injury or jerk as far as i remember. What home remedies i could try? (Using hot water bottle and moov today and taken nimesulide)

I probably twisted my ankle on Tuesday night when I woke up to drink water at 3 am. At 4 I woke up with pain in my swollen heel. I was feverish too. I used relispray and took 1 tablet of zerodol-p and slept. Wednesday morning everything was fine so I went to office. Thursday too everything was fine and no pain at all. But on Friday morning I felt a tinge of pain but it had transferred from heel to middle of th e feet from below. I went to office and the pain kept increasing but not alarming. On Friday night it increased a lot and I took another zerodol-p as I got feverish again and slept. But Saturday morning pain was high with slight swollenness. Consulted a doctor online who prescribed etoshine-mr, pan-d, chymoral forte. I am doing cold compress, put a crepe bangade too and taking rest. Is this transfer of pain after 2 days common? How come it went away and came back? Do I need to take anything else like calcium tabs or ligament repair tab? No xray done yet. It's tough to walk.

How to rest my leg during soft tissue knee injury? I fell down 2 months back. Done mri. Reports yet to come.

Consulted doctor online, prescribed etoshine-mr, pan-d and chymoral forte. doing cold compress, put a crepe bandage and resting. No x ray done. pain is almost gone today. Got blood test done as advised. My uric acid high for 2 years, no meds taken, no issues yet. It was 9.4 in 2022, 8.9 in 2023 and today its 8.8. Vit D is 17.73, Triglyceride is 349, VLDL 47, Non HDL Cholestrol 154, HDL ratio 4.8, C-reactive protein 15.91. Rest all normal limits. Is this gout/plantar fasciitis/acute inflammatory condition? I will change food habits, any medication to be taken to avoid future scenarios?

There's a little swelling and pain in my mother's left ankle. Her right foot is sometimes itchy. We previously visited a doctor last year for her ankle issue and he said that it might be due to some medicinal side effects so he changed her BP medicines but it didn't have much of an influence. After that she had a surgery for removal of her uterus due to Myoma. Everything is alright but her ankle is still the same. So could you please look into it and tell me the possibile reasons and solutions for this?
