My doctor suggested to take vitamin d weekly once 60k and calcium supplement my vitamin d value is 22 and calcium value is normal 10 mg/DL is it fine to calcium supplement

I'm having a tissue like thing over my foot , which has been for long years ago. Around 15 years. I don't remember history of its formation. I feel pain when I was press the area hard and it is swelling if i had long walk, and standing for long time. It is found to be feel like pea size hard tissue if I touch there. My friend(male-29yrs) goes to gym daily but on Friday after doing sit ups on his ankles he got pain in his left hip joint while sitting and standing the pain remains for 2-3 mins after that it becomes normal. He also consulted a doctor who told for taking x-ray of his pelvis. He wants to know by showing the X-ray that exactly what is the problem with him as his body is leaning towards right side from yesterday but the pain is not severe. Please suggest what to do?

For pain, was prescribed  Lupisera - serratiopeptidase and diclofenac sodium gastro-resistant tablets If it already gastro resistant, why should I take Pantoprazole sodium gastro-resistant and domperidone prolonged-release capsules as well?

I have little knee pain after doing squat exercise. Earlier I only feel little knee pain while doing squat. But on 1st september 2023 morning after doing squat (without weight) I felt knee stiffness, dump pain and knee weakness. After this incident I left squat took little rest and knee issue feels improved I was able to perform all activity. But on 2nd november I again felt little knee pain as I have walked on uneven surfaces. Recently I have done mri and it says following: 1) grade 2 myxoid degeneration involving posterior horn of the medial meniscus 2) fluid collection adjacent to the posterior horn of medial meniscus- ?paramedical cyst/ distended medial gastrocnemius semimembranosus bursa. Following is the symptoms: 1) dump localised knee pain at posterior meniscus 2) click sound 3) knee weakness and very very little stiffness. 1) I can do knee straightening/ bending.. but feel little pain while pivoting and walking for long time. Please suggest how to treat this condition

I had a hairline fracture in my little toe. I had it for a month. But now, even after a month of removing the plaster, I still have pain in my little toe and this pain occurs only when I walk on a bad road. I do not have this pain on a paved road.There is no pain even after taking painkillers

Can grade 4 chondromalacia patella be treated without surgery (arthroscopic surgery)? The pain comes on and off. Are there any injections, or exercise that one can take instead of going for surgery? Also, does this always indicate knee replacement in the later stage, i.e., 20 30 years later?
