Mother said she was having lower back pain since month we did x ray the report attached what does it tell dr is it something severe or dangerous. I am very very scared . Is it something life threatening pls clarify dr I don't understand anything in the report pls

I have pain in my left hand at the middle between shoulder and elbow since last 7 days I have already taken pain killer such as Pyragesic, and Etoshine MR but found no improvement. Please suggest how to cure from this pain.

Iam facing pain in my left leg and ankle from last 4 months..somedays pain iss much more than other days..i feel my leg is swollen also a bit..however others say it isnt.. today i went for a picnic..there i walked 10k steps..now after i came to sleep the left leg has again started aching.. my vitamin d level is 28 as checked in november 2023. pls help and suggest

2 months back, I started light walking and jogging and in 5 days I started getting pain in my knees and upon consulting orthopaedic in my area hr diagnosed it to a condition called bursitis and told me to not do any physical activity for about 1 month and given medicine for 15days, it got normal, but now I started walking again and again I can see the pain coming back on the back side slightly below the knees (may be the point where the muscles meet?) , what to do now I want to stay fit and hence want to continue walking and other activities but also take care of not harming myself. Please someone let me know how to achieve it. Thanks!!

6months Ago My Mother Gone Through Tibula Fibula Fracture.Right Now Our Doctor Suggested Practice Walk Slowly With Stick.But My Mother Not Practising Walking Confidently.Here Are Her Scanning Reports Pls Suggest Further Process To Make Walk Her Better.

I am 35 year old female I have severe tail bone pain moving down to groin and calf muscle . My legs and tail bone hurt terribly and I go out of breath after a short walk . Groin pain is tender to touch please tell me what type of doctor should I visit

I have severe lower back pain and have got an MRI done. MRI findings say the below: Mild retrolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebral body. No obvious spondylolysis. Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L5-S1. L4-L5: Diffuse disc bulge with posterior central disc protrusion, compressing bilateral traversing nerve roots at that level. No obvious neural foraminal compromise. Spinal canal AP diameter - 12.2 mm. Clinical correlation is recommended. What treatment should I go for in this situation?
