I have a 5th based mat fracture I got synthesis plaster today my plaster got wet what should I do next

Hi, my wife had a knee injury. On consultation she was adviced for MRI. As per the reports it is a complete ACL tear which requires surgery for reconstruction. There are two ways suggested :- 1) Using an artificial/fibre ligament(new method), 2) other in which patellar tendons are used for reconstruction(traditional method). Can you please suggest which type of surgery is best suited?

Namasthe sir/ madam, I have been experiencing severe sides pain that is radiating to back and abdomen . I underwent every test possible like ultrasound, ct scan of abdomen and whole spine, lft, rft, cue, urine culture, thyroid profile and lipid profile as well. Every report is showing the normal values. I went for ECG and 2d echo also. That too shows normal .. but the pain is not going away. It's like coming and going with the change of the movements of the body .. kindly help me in this regard. I'm very tensed . Pls help me 🙏. My weight is 98 . The local doctor here prescribed some diet and medicines for my weight loss and pain reduction.. but no change . Kindly help me pls. I can't attach more than two documents here . Or lse I would have attached all the reports.

Today I did an xray of ny left shoulder.It was written Osteoarthritic changes with marginal sclerosis noted in left shoulder in the report.What does this mean I want to know ? what might be the treatment?

I attached a photo...Plz see that In wrong route one slow speed bike hitted After one day on patella bone it became black (see attached pic) no major scratches...No pain while walking...Some pain if I press that... Plz tell me what medications should I take...or it heals naturally

I am 23 years old, and I had done the xray of my right leg recently due to some discomfort while walking and feeling a bit pressure on the knee joint. The report said "Knee gap diminished medially" and I  have attached the xray images. Please tell me if I will be able to live a normal life with this. I am very scared as I might have arthritis.

My 17-year-old son was involved in a bike accident and is experiencing severe pain in his ankle joint. The doctor has suggested surgery for his ankles, stating that there are no fractures in the bones but that the surgery would be beneficial to prevent future pain, especially when walking on steps. Can spondylitis cause sudden dizziness? Just now I was sleeping and I  got up for washroom  nd I felt like dizziness suddenly .also have little pain in cervical .what to do I am feeling anxious,???,
