My report says of hairline fracture and said that plaster is not necessary, just wanted to can I walk with this leg normally? Or need a complete bedrest? And if a bedrest, till what time? Thank you so much!

Hiii..i had my acl&meniscus repair surgery 3 weeks back..my question is when can i start walking half weight or full weight with crutches without crutches..and when can i start my nrml life household work n al???

I have grade 2 tear on one knee and grade 3 tear on other knee as per ortho. There is no meniscus tear. I can walk, fold knee, do basic chores and have slight pain though. Can it be treated just with rehab and supplementation.

Ankle got twisted while playing..doctr put plaster for 10 days and removed it .now applying crape and advice to not to put weight for more 14 days..in MRI it found grade 2 anterior talofubular ligament sprain...when shall to put weight on that leg? Ant other step to follow?? kindly suggest

It is observed Neural Foraminal narrowing at L5 S1 in my MRI.  PFA Taking below medicines for 1 week, Could notice little improvement with my symptoms but not able to travel short distance in cab itself. Experiencing a pain if I travel. 1.Lyrica 75 2.Gabapin plus 3.Fourts B 4.Etoshine 90 Along with applying some Dhanwanthri thylam and hot fomentation. How long time does it take to heal from this? Will it cause any further complication? What precautions is needed.

Kindly comment how is the healing? it is an xray after 8 weeks of trauma. right now I'm in ptb cast and orthopedist has asked me to walk with 50% weight.
