Bone & Muscle problems

I have lower back pain and knee pain from 3 years. From blood test i confirmed that i have low Vit B12 level,low vit D Also done MRI test,there is no sciatica or fracture. So.suggest me some tablets and also suggest difference b/w calcimax and gemcal tablet

Legs swelling due to standing. I had marriage in my home due to tha last 3-4 days were hectic. Please suggest.

Hello Doctor.. My sister, based in Dubai, had a fall in the house in November 23. She injured her knee. After that she was on physiotherapy. Her 2nd MRI was done on 21 Jan 2024, we need opinion about line of treatment based on these 2 MRI reports.

In 2 or 3 days intervals i have pain in my shoulder joints and keens joints or fingers pain with swelling and it will automatically goes after 24 hours or 48 why is this happening

Diffuse L4 l5 s1 disc bulge ..posteocentral disc herniation 8ndwnting thecal sac and bilateral traversing l5 s1 nerve roots with lumbar canal stenosis.. M HAVING PAIN IN BLUE AREA . is this from l5 s1 nerve or si joint problem..mri SI JOINT SAY SACRUM AND ILLAC BONES SHOW FATTY MARROW CHANGES ..IS IT NORMAL TO HAVE FATTY MARROW CHANGES..

From last 4days i am getting pain in sometimes in hands,fingers, sometimes in feet,toes. I thought it may be due to excessive use of mouse but I hold mouse in right hand whereas i also get pain in left hand.. seems it is traveling in hands and feet.. what is this called and what may be the reason. To which doctor specialist should i consult
