My son is having cyst on shoulder of humrus bone MRI scan is showing a simple cyst of 12*14 .he had a fracture on his hand is this cyst very serious plse somebody suggest me that it will resolve on its own or it needs surgery

I have 5 th metatrasal bone fracture. My doctor suggested me to have a cast for 4 week. After 3.5 week due to itching and frustation I cut my plaster. I am  comfortable in walking with mild pain  at fracture area zone . Should I go and have a new plaster or continue to put bandage at area . Suggest me.

On day 1  leg ankle area was swollen and had continuous pain... as of now the swelling has drastically got reduced and packed bandage has got loosed. pain only when the leg changes its position or sometimes when coughs.leg is in elevated position with two recron pillows for leg support.
