Bone & Muscle problems

My friend is having bruises in her feet that keep coming and going. She stays in a temperature of 5 to -1. It also pains while walking and that tingling feeling is always there. I have attached some pictures for your reference. Kindly suggest what to do.

I had collision while playing football 4 days ago I was in normal full covered shoe other party was naked feet but while kicking football foot to foot collided swelling front feet was there pain I applied ice and dfo cream 3-4 times a day as of after 4 days the pain reduced to 80 % earlier I was unable to walk on that feet now  swelling reduced to 80% earlier if I move toes was painning now I can move some pain there now only issue if I walk the leg swells if I take bed rest and apply ice swelling heals I what can possible issue what to do now treatment plan Should I eat vit D and calcium combined medicine to heal fast ?

Hai frequently i felt my knee dislocation last night also it happens but still now its not cured and i cant able to walk normaly little bit pain like sprain in knee while walking i dont know the reason why its happening and is it normal or i hav to consult doctor ...

In my recent blood tests I got to know I'm calcium and b12 deficient, can any of you suggest good supplements and foods to take. Also please mention when to consume. And is it okay and safe to consume it for a longer time? Please suggest everything with proper norms(For everyday)

So, I am facing tailbone pain, not sure what is causing it, didn't have any major trauma as well. It's since 6 months. I was in UK when it started. I went to the gp, sadly he was googling the symptoms infront of me and i saw something called chordoma. Since then I am afraid of going for mri. I am an anxious person, so i have done xray and ultrasound it was normal but I fear if it turns out to be chordoma. So even though i have a prescription from practo for mri, and i know it will answer my questions regarding the pain, i am scared. How do I deal with it? Please help me. I am so scared of that deadly cancer that it's even stopping me from diagnosing it. Attaching my xray, even though the doctor said some angulation issue is there, idk i am still worried.

Hi Doctors, I hurt my lower back while lifting an item, it's been 2 days and I am not getting any relief. I am using a support belt for walking and pain relief spray but not getting much relief. After walking the pain is increasing gradually and I have to go back to bed. The pain is where the hip bone is meeting the spine, 2 inches left and right from the intersection point. Kindly suggest. I have a severe under knee joint and in knee joint pain unable to climb stairs and If I walk more or climb stairs now am observing blue patches. And also having backache,shoulder plain,and  having pain in my finger joints . Kindly suggest something... Thank you

I am suffering with heavy pain in both legs and cant able to walk even a kilometer, both knees were painful and after consulting a doctor went for a Colour doppler test (attached report for your refernce). I am using medicines for my vitamine D&B12 defeciency as well as dafflon 500mg for blood thining and using varicose above knee stockings. Even after 25 days of usage unable to get rid from my leg pains can you pls help me in this regards. Thank you so much
