Bone & Muscle problems

When I take my stomach inside and touched I am feeling hardness exactly at end of sternum it's also called xyphoid process i think. I don't see any pain when touched and pressed. I don't have any kind of fever .. or cough or it won't pain when coughed. After eating I feel fullness and some kind of discomfort which I never experienced.. my stomach feel light in morning but after eating it gets discomfort.. I contacted General Surgen they suggested one month medicine…sternum hard they told it is normal.. but I never experienced this kind of discomfort. so I am not sure why sternum tip is hard ...kindly suggest or guide me please

I have pain in my shoulder left outer upper arm and front of shoulder above breast and towards armpit in the region below the collar bone . Sometimes certain movement aggravates the pain and electric like pain is felt in breast . Even carrying a small bag cause pain. This pain comes again and again is relieved by physiotherapy but is recurrent with doing some activites

Right side of my bone hurts . Feeling pain on both front and back rib bone. And I have pain on some vein under right ribcage. It hurts when touch.. it pains continuously. I am a feeding mom. Always I use right position to feed while sleeping. I am so worried. Is that muscle strain or something else.

I have distal fibula hairline fracture and doctor has put plaster for 2 months and asked not to put any weight during this time. I want to ask that after 2 months what will be the procedure. Will I be able to walk without any support after cast opens?
