Wrist joint distal fracture implant laga hai oct 2023, current problem finger severe stiffness ho geya movement nahi ho raha hai please advise

Pain in hand fingers joint, feet joint from months painkiller work for temporary, hemoglobin 8.2 thanks

I am experiencing severe Neck pain and stiffness on one side that radiating to left hand shoulder and fingers and left part of face. Kindly give your suggestions..can't bear the pain and since I am having H.pylori infection I couldn't take pain killers also..It triggers the stomach pain.

My son is 3.5 months old. Due to the weather, we used to put mittens on our baby's hand. Recently (3 days ago) we noticed that he keeps his thumb in his palm all the time so we tried to open his thumb but he is constantly getting his thumb in same position (in his palm). We have noticed improvement in right thumb (keeping it open 75% of time) but in left hand only 10% of time. When we keep a finger in between his fist, he is able to open the thumb but moving it back in palm. Why he is doing this ? How can it be improved ?

I am suffering from acute sciatica (3 nerve blockages) and my ANA result came out to be weak positive with an estimated titre of 1:100 in speckled pattern. (Homogeneous nucleus pattern). What could be the possible diagnosis? Do I have RA?
