Hello Doctor, from past 4-5 days i am having pain in my feet thumb area. Even i touch a little it's paining. I tried moov sparay but no use. I don't remember how it got and i am not on any medication currently. Suggest some medicine. The area swallowed a bit. Feeling problem during walking or wearing sleeper also

Hello doc..every time i do some extra chores at home..suddenly it started pain on my shoulder joints ..kindly help..what should i do to avoid this pain..as it occurs every 3-4 days..

I've consulted a doctor and took rest for 6 days . The pain reduced but not fully.Now I'm able to walk slowly but it is paining while walking. There are bruises near my fingers and numbness too. If I walk and climb steps and sitting in classes for a long period of time then I got swelling in feet . My questions are 1 .Is it okay to walk, climb steps even it is paining? 2. Is it okay to sit for hours in class? 3 . What care should I take to cure fully?

From last 2 years I am suffering from a dull pain or stretch kind of feeling that goes on from my left shoulder to left upper traps to left part of neck to left temple n back ear head area around tempora muscle and sometimes left cheek also. I can't even sleep on my left shoulder side with neck laying on my shoulder. I doubt that I have some problem in my left shoulder that is causing stretch from shoulder to left upper traps to SCM to tempora muscle? Also I feel weekness in left arm n hand due to this. Every night I apply ointment so I could sleep better. Did Cervical MRI 2 year ago NORMAL, USD of the effected area also normal, Brain MRI a year ago normal. Heart Scan n CT Coronary Normal. Neck movement okay. All blood reports normal. Weight - 72 kgs, Hgh-5 ft 8 inch, follow active lifestyle and do brisk walk daily. is it because of shoulder the whole area is impacted or because of neck? please let me know. Cervical MRI n USD attached herewith.

I'm having the right shoulder pain for the last 3 months when I move my right hand. Did MRI and below are the observations: 1. Mild supraspinatus tendinosis with tendon thickening. 2. No rotator curf tendon tear. 3. Minimal fluid & debris in subacromial/subdeltoid bursa - Bursitis. Please suggest treatment options. Also I used to play cricket/bowling every weekends. Shall I continue playing?

Hi Doctor I was diagnoised with L5S1 disc protrusion with neural foraminal narrowing on Nov'2023. Took physiotherapy for few weeks and started Core muscle strengthen exercises. I had to travel 50kms a day in bus. Most of the time it's sore pain in the l5S1 segment. Daily doing 20mnts core strengthen exercise morning and evening. Will it be settled permanently. Or travel will make the symptoms worst?
