A little accident
A little accident is happened on 30 th Jan 2024 their is no fracture ( seen in x ray ) on my leg is happened but still swelling at patela near by its about 15 days passed any suggestions for anti inflammatory cream aur method to lower down the swelling... Please suggest and after 5 days swelling almost over again swelling is happening and I am scared that it takes surgery

Go for an MRI knee.
Instead of taking random medications mri will diagnose the actual problem.
