Bone & Muscle problems

I am facing pain in left knee  or the surrounding area can't say exactly and it is going till calf and feet left side. Do not know what is the reason

Three months ago, I faced constipation everyday. And then abdominal pain also. After endoscopy doctor diagnosed Duodenitis and he doubted if I might have IBD. After taking the tablet it was fine and since then no constipation. But since 2 weeks i am having lower back pain, since two days it is very severe. I am not able to sit for more than 1 hour. If I lie down I feel better. While walking also I am not having severe pain as like while sitting. I sit and work for 9 hours everyday. Kindly advise if my constipation and this back is pain is related? I am worried as this is disrupting my daily activities.

My mother is having left full leg pain. Also while coughing and sneezing she is having pain. Is the pain of scitica or something else

Hi, My brother was with chikengunia 8 months back, but now he is recovered. But in every week he gets swelling of muscle in lower leg which pains a lot and after few days it burst out with blood. Please let me know what is this happening?

From 10 months having multiple joint pain including right knee, lower bak with stiffness, shoulders pain on and off, upper back strong burning with pain, heel pain on and off, hip pain. Joint makes noise also noise at the back side.Fatigue, vitamin d is 29.8. , ESR 74, ANA 1:100, throat pain while swallowing and has to give pressure while swallowing. Makes some noise too.  Also Some noise from right ear....No Strength in body, sometimes stiffness in fingers and toes too.. what it is exactly.. to whom I should consult

From last 2 year I am suffering low back and buttock pain, buttock pain patterns changes, and below knee joints also, I have done MRI of si joints and pelvic in 2022, that was quite normal, bone scintigraphy was normal, hla-b27 neg, esr crp always normal, Ra anti CCP, ANA, ENA PROFILE normal, I want to know should I repeat the mri,. Mri could miss any early disease?

My mother has been suffering from neck and back pain. We did her MRI recently and she has been advised to get physiotherapy and some sort of jelly injection in her shoulder and neck.

The Anterior Cruciate ligament show abnormal alignment with loss of continuity of the fivers - Suggestive of complete grade 3 tear There is an anterior tribial translation approx 13.1mm Is this situation surgery is required or not please suggest
