I got typhoid 2months back used 1week medication since then I got joint pains in hand wrist joint , finger joint unable to hold things early morning, legs also ankle joint and toes joints pain no other symptoms no other pain only hand and leg joint pains.. please suggest an answer.. Knee pain in both legs but more in right

I am 30 years old..having knee pain while climbing up and down the stairs  sharp with with that cant sqart..if i stand and cook for a long time my starts paining. since last few days I got locking sensation and sharp with with that cant squart..if i stand and cook for a long time i get pain..I got an MRI of right knee MRI REPORTS says that I have mild degeneration of knee join ..does this mean I am in early stages of osteoarthritis?? Age19 I have back pain so with doctor's consultation  I Did Mri .Report attched Diffuse annular bulge with mild posterocentral protrusion at L4­L5 level indenting anterior thecal sac,brushing / contacting the left sided exiting nerve roots. Left paracentral annular tear at L5­S1 level Diffuse annular bulge with left paracentral protrusion at L5­S1 level indenting anterior thecal sac,moderate narrowing of left neural foramen and left lateral recess with compression of left sided traversing and exiting nerve roots. *Consulted different doctor's...all doctor said surgery required for L5-S1* One doctor said TLIF L5-S1 surgery cost 3lacs  (surgery package) Other said discestomy cost 1.5lacs *Which one is correct BEST  surrgery? Approx surgery cost please*

My mother is suffering from intense Rheumatoid arthritis, plus spondylitis since many years. Have shown many doctors but no relief. Finally she has been only taking Zerodol 100mg pain killer since 6 last year on recommendation by CMC Vellore doctor. Of late due to intense ,unbearable pain and being unable to even lift her hands and feet in the evening after work, she has been taking Zerodol 100mg pain killer daily. . Is it dangerous taking this pain killer daily ?

Disc Bulge

Disc bulge in L1-L2 and L4-L5 causing indentation on thecal sac and nerves Antero Posterior dimensions are L1-L2: 7mm L4-L5: 10mm This was the last report. Have carried physiotherapy exercises and medications for around 10-12 years. Have also taken steroidal injections.Slight benefts with that. Any permanent solution for that?
