Hello I am male ,38 years old.My height is 6 inch and my weight is 85kg.From last 1 years my left ankle are paining very much .I have took medication also from orthopaedic doctor still it's paining.I don't want steroid treatment.Kindly suggest medication or any home remedies

Hi I have pain in the deltoid and ulnar muscles disturbing my sleep.. 4th and 5th finger on the hand has numbness while I wake. I consulted ortho, he suggested that I take the RA factor and vitamin D test. RA factor is negative But vitamin D2, D3 is deficient at 12.9ng/mL Pls suggest ways to improve my vit level I have shoulder pain with inflammation and night sleep is disturbed .. Whether vit d2, d3 is independent of rheumatoid arthritis or vit D deficiency will lead to rheumatoid arthritis

When I step out in cold then I get pulsating pain in my left arm.. I have tried putting heating pads but not much effective. also sometimes my left hand goes completely cold. Please suggest me treatment for the same. During summer it is not much problem but during winters the left term pain becomes quite noticeable.

My mom has been experiencing pain in her back which runs down to her thighs. It gives her a burning sensation too. If she stands for along time she feels the pain. as per MRI, there is a nerve which is getting pressed. But medicine doesnt help. Which specialized doctor should I consult to get it cured? Can this be cured through medicine?
