Achilles tendon pain
Hi Doctor, I had heel bone pain in both legs for the past 2 years. I took an injection from pain clinics but it only works for 3-4 months max. If any pain killer tablets work for a day. My daily activities are slowing down due to heel bone pain.Any solution will be appreciated.Thanks

Blood work up - s.uric acid, s.vit d3
Next Steps
Contrast bath, plantar fascia & gastrocsoleus stretching exercises, use silicon insoles.
