Heel pain
I have pain in heels from the moment I get up in the morning , and then as I walk little it feels better but by the end of the day the pain increases , I can't walk for long distances or stand for too long .how do I get rid of this pain I do ice packs , they help little but pain doesn't go fully . Please help

Avoid barefoot walking and use soft cushioned footwear. Take some Anti inflammatory medications. Get vitamin d checked
