Back pain
Day before yesterday, while doing chores, suddenly my back got stuck. Since then I am having terrible back pain. Hv been giving hot water packs. Took myoril thrice and voveron once so far . Please help

Back muscles have gone in to spasm to protect affected part. Provide rest and by 3 days, symptoms should improve.

Deep Heat Therapy-Local USG (0.5-4 W/sq.cm for 5-10 mins), SWD/MWD-3 Times per week for 4 weeks, TENS/Infrared. • Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level. • Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital. • In case of allergic reactions, stop all medicines and visit nearest hospital.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --.
