Please check my MRI report and let me know if surgery required or not? It's been 1 month since the injury

6 years ago, I fell down while running and injured my left knee a little bit. There was no injury or anything in my right knee at that time. 2 years ago, I started feeling pain around my right knee and sometimes in my hamstring as well. I consulted with an ortho doctor and after 6 months, they recommended that I get an MRI scan. After reviewing the MRI scan, there is tissue pressing behind the nerve/joint and that there might be a decrease in the fluid-like gel inside. They suggested an injection that costs around 20k-25k. I still experience moderate pain around my right knee, both on top and below the knee, as well as in my hamstring. I didn't get to know about the exact issue. May I know exact problem. Could you please teel me about what are the possible solution about this problem. I attached my MRI report.

Hi sir/mam . I feel pain at the back right side. Like heavily contracted muscles.. wr I can't able to breathe . When ever I turn or change my body position and even can't able to sneeze or yawn... All movements make so much pain .. wat to do

I have slip disc since last two years,now i want to do gym, to maintain my health,can i do pushups to maintain my chest and cardio to loose my belly fat and loose weight which is gain due to not doing any physical work from last two years just becoz of slip disc

I have had Lower back pain for a long time. For the last few years I started having pelvic pain as well which gets worse during my menstrual cycle. The pain feels like spreading to my left leg now. Almost like nerve pulling. This is my recent x ray.

I am having tremendous pain & swelling in ankle joint & little bit pain in foot unable to walk properly & walking by stairs worsen condition much more painful, doctor prescribed for test like KFT & Uric acid but everything is normal, i have taken medicines for 1 month as prescribed by doctor Etova ER 600, multvitamins, swelling medicine & voletra gel but it's not working, please suggest.

Iam experiencing pain in my leg below knee. That is pain in shin area and calf . Sometimes in knee. And also feet and I felt this pain after woke up from sleep. Iam also having pain in fingers which felt after woke up. I want to know the reason
