Upper back and chest pain related to dinner may be gastritis also, or maybe related to SPA
Next Steps
Consult a pain specialist for an examination, to check whether the source is spine or stomach or something else. treatment should be decided after an accurate diagnosis

This pain can be bcoz of many reasons. Need to evaluate the patient. If she has taken biologics then they should be continued and not stopped abruptly. Ankylosing spondylosis manifests at this age to create bigger problems in future. Please consult an Orthopaedician for proper treatment. Will need regular and long follow ups. HLA B27 report to be done if not done before.
Pain in middle of back and in middle of chest during night after dinner can also be due to acidity, apart from spondylosis ( which is pain in back due to nerve compression from disc compressing nerves).
Pain in upper back can also to improper sitting posture and work involving prolonged sitting hours.
Next Steps
improve sitting posture that involves keeping back straight while sitting and avoid slouching .
always keep a interval of atleast 2 hrs after dinner before going to bed and utilise this time in evening walk. avoid outside spicey food in dinner.
consult orthopaedician in clinic if symptoms persist
