Upper Back Pain
Dear Sir,
I have an upper back pain from last 2 months and primarily persist on the left side of back, and i have consulted one doctor in west delhi and he told me that i have pain related to nerves. Kindly suggest me.

Bhujang asana.
Core strengthening exercises.
Back stretching stretch.
Do the cat/cow
avoid bending in front.
Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.
Apply hot fomentation.
