Why does upper back pain when breathing
Hi I am a 20 year old boy and regular I go for gyming. But 1 thing which I am very uncomfortable about is that my upper back becomes very stiff and pains when breathing. What are the causes of this kind of pain? Is there any problem in my lungs or is it problem in my upper back muscles?
