Upper right Back Pain
I have a problem of getting upper right back pain at the regular interval of 2 months for the last 5 years. The pain is unbearable and concentrated at a particular point, it decreases with time and takes 5-7 days to get normal.

You need to consult a physician or Rheumatologist personally to exclude inflammatory causes of back pain , which is a common cause in a young male.
Do a ESR and CRP , if high then consult urgently.
