Injury on heel area
Hii I got injured around my heal area while doing walking on trademill I was stepping out and suddenly got hit from side of trademill I was wearing sports shoes so there was not bleeding or cut it was internal injury there was no swelling at all ,I thought I will be fine so I did full rest, it's been more than 3 months the pain is same specially when I stand or walk the pain increase more,could you please tell me why it's not healing.I met a doctor last month he told me take painkillers and wear sports shoes but I am not satisfied with that I can't take painkillers every day I want resolution i m worried why it's not healing can you please guide me what it is ?
