Pain in heel area
I am having a pain in the heel area. Previously I have been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. Sharp pain in the Achilles tendon.

The pain might have again started due to local inflammation around plantar fascia.. Sometimes, it may he associated with inflammation around the bursa towards the posterior aspect of heel..
Next Steps
You may start with alternate hot/cold fomentation,  take analgesic and anti inflammatory medicine, start ankle movement exercises,  physiotherapy including Local US, IFT, use soft sole footwear
Health Tips
Avoid walking barefoot, avoid standing or walking in hard surface for a long time..
