I have a fracture in my left foot...
I have been diagnosed with a 5th metatarsal fracture in the left foot on 9.3.24
I am on leaves till 12 March
But I have to resume my work from 13.3.24 due to no leaves approved
Can I resume the work
It's a total desk job and cab pickup and drop
There is very little walking involved,only going to the washroom,going from the cab till my desk
Should I resume from 13 or is it risky?
My report is also attached
