After 5 days of an bike accident when i was recovering. In the morning i had an extreme pain in my calf, later i discovered the calf is turning purple in color, it seems to be an internal bleeding to me. The spot is a bit less than the size of the palm. Can you tell me what should i do?

I dislocated my ring finger 1 week ago. I twisted it back into place. My second knuckle on the ring finger is swollen, but I can bend each joint on my finger with a little effort.
