I fractured my foot 9 years ago and it never healed properly ive been in and our of a n e for the oast 9 years with it being extremley swollen and ive been in alot of pain it wasnt until a few months ago that a doctor finally said i have a torn carteidge in my ankle he refered me to physio i have had a few seaaions its all the same cus my ankle hasnt been stretched enlugh over the years they dont do anything expect from telling me to do the excersies my job is in a retail shop im always on my fo

I was in a motorbike crash and nearly lost the leg. But the knee was left dislocated for about days. It's been a year and I stii have pain in the knee. Saw a specialist and he says he dose not want to operate has it could do worse. I just want to see a way forward.
