Lower back pain. Sometimes at left side or right side,around the buttocks area. Arises once in four months.when it occurs it lasts for 3-4 days. Mobility is hampered.shooting pain. I take enzoflam when pain occurs.

My Mom is suffering from knee pain due to arthritis. She feel pain while walking and standing.She feel imbalance while walking. I want to any exercise to reduce pain from knee. I think the ligament is reduced and due to which the friction between femur and tibia cause pain in knee joint.

I have leg pain that starts from the left buttock and radiates down to my ankle. As we speak my upper buttock is swollen and feels like a lump and that is where the pain emanates from.
