Sir i have problem of hip avn stage 3 as diagnose in mri scan and doctor advised me to have hip replacement surgery. is there any other option? and what are the complication after hip replacement. is it right to go for surgery in this age. i have a lot of pain in my groin and not able to walk properly

I had a right shoulder dislocation in my 8th(about 7 years ago) while playing the game of hand ball. It happened a lot more times after that, quite easily. It even occurred while i sneezed heavily. But it hadn't occurred since 3 years,It happened while I was swimming(learnt it before dislocation occured for first time).I swam for 4 days without any problem.Fifth day it happened and it so painful that I couldnt relocate it. Most painful dislocation in the history. I think its the 13th dislocation
