Difficult to stand up after sitting - leg muscles tighten and cause pain - mostly in left leg.

Done my blood test and I have my vitamin d as 7 which is low. I was taking treatment for past 7mnths for my neck and back pain but still I am not recovered.My doctor said the pain is not curing because of low vitamin d. So can anyone tell that low vitamin d leads to spasm and tight muscles because I am working in IT field.
