I wanted to consult about my ankle xray and wanted to know that is it important for me to go under ankle surgery (which i dont want) or it can be treated with cast only

Back pain on left side & down left leg since June 2013 (now December 2017). Usually is a burning, sometimes tingling. Started out as every so often pain and gradually became everyday. Affects sleep, cannot stand/ walk for long. Have had MRI and nerve tests. Done physical therapy, wore a back brace, muscle relaxers, everything made it worse. Original MRI said a bulging disc at L4 & L5, plus an inflamed muscle (MRI done in 2013). Should I Be concerned enough to go back to the doctor?

DIAGNOSTIC POSIBILITY OF 4th METACARPAL BASE OSTEOMYELITIS WITH TUBERCULOUS/ SEPTIC ARTHRITIS OF WRIST JOINTS. My MRI scanning report has these blocked Letter impression. What does it mean? I'm taking antibiotic tablets and pain killing tablets daily as my doctor suggested . But it didn't given any changes. My doctor suggested FNAC test. Please warn me if it is dangerous...

My mother fingers joint swelling & pain, sometimes foot pain also. What I do?

Right hand fingers become numb when hand is still. And there is always pain in the back side and just below of neck also pain on right side of waist

I met with an accident 26 days back..i have got lateral molleolar fracture to my right leg... POP is applied to my leg...5 days back i went for a review...x-ray has been taken on POP..and doctor asked me to have POP more 3 weeks...from 3 days...while iam sleeping...in night..without my knowledge...my leg is moving inside the POP and my ankle is getting hurt...because it is hitting POP ...is that a problem..or it is common... please help me...

Playing badminton I fell down this morning , thinking it’s a sprain if it is fractured or hairline I thought i won’t bare this pain till , it’s been 10 hrs now . Yes , pain is there I applied volini and crepe bandage . If I walk pain is there . Please help me on this . Sure I’ll meet a doctor as it is Sunday I didn’t find any one near me. My fear is do I need to consider the pain as a fracture .

I went to medicals in the Navy,but the doctor measured my both hands with an instrument and finally in the report I had a temporary rejection saying that I was having cubitus valgus in my left hand but when I came and consulted a orthopedic he said that this is very normal and will not affect in any way.There is minute about 2 to 3 degrees difference between left and right hand and this is a subjective method too so don't worry,i am confused at this point can I get proper guidance on this?

I am having wrist pane. If I am bending my thumb pain is getting severe. While typing keyboard also getting the pain.
