Bone & Muscle problems

I feel pain in my hand wrist whenever I put pressure on my hand. The pain was not severe so I didn't care much but now it's been more than a month and the pain is still the same. I don't remember how the pain started but I used to use computer a lot. Since last week, I totally stopped using computer and I'm taking "Napa Extra" tablet 3 times a day after meal for past 5 days. But it has no effect and the pain is same. How can I get rid of the pain soon and what could be the cause of the pain?

A year and a half back, I had quite a bad fall while I was playing badminton. I felt a sudden pain in my right elbow joint which lasted for only two days so I never minded having it checked. But since then, I constantly feel pain in the part where I was hurt before. Could it be that it was a fracture? But I dont feel anything but a striking pain though. Could it be a ligament? But why can I still feel the pain til now?

I am suffering from back pain from 10 days. I can't able to sit properly. So help me

I had pain in my back muscle mainly spinalis thoracis m and longissimus thoracis m all the day. i am suffering form this pain from last 4 month. But now i facing one more problem during morning time pain in peroneus tertius, while i go for sleep i feel some streatched in gastrocnemius muscle in lag.
