My name is Vijaya am 74 years old am suffering from knee pain since 1 month how to get rid of this pain m

I slipped from stairs while stepping down since it was watery . I first hurt my back and then skidded down. Stairs was about 10-12 steps. After slipping of 2 days I had severe pain. So, I visited doctor after 4 days and she asked me to do some movements from which she said nothing has been broken , she did even ask are you feeling numbness in your lower leg . I said no ,. But now after 2 weeks of falling , I can't stand for a longer time like around 1 hour. I am feeling nerve jerk in my left foot ( feeling like a current passage suddenly in my left foot ) unable to sleep at night on my back . Pain increases in night . I fear if something has damaged internally . Please let me know your thoughts

I had a troubled childhood always stressed,didnt have my meals properly I am 23 female now my bone structure is of 15 years old i still look like a kid, hands face everytging is very small, no matter how much i gain weight it doesnt affect my appearance...is there anyway possible for my bone growth
