Finger bruised badly into hand, can't move, and swollen, hurts very badly and I cannot bend it

Hello Sir/ Mam I am in office work and hv to seat more than 9 hrs on chair and previously had ACL reconstruction with damage meniscus but still have pain extreme pain. Dr. suggest me to do quadriceps and Hamstring strengthening exercise but when I am in office it is intolerable pain what should i do can i wear braces if yes which type of brace should i use. My knee making sound. One more thing Dr.also told me that you have sign of Chondromalacia patella Please help me. Its very hurting.

Hi I have a pain in my knee for the third day. I cant walk on my leg as it seems that something in my knee clicks and blocks. I can however bend my knee. Its also a bit swollen from the back of my knee and I started to feel pain there today. Please can you advise me what to do and if i should go to the GP with this?

In my blood report SGOT and SGPT 84 and 98 respectively. I have highly pain in feet's and hands joints and suffering From fever. Is it my lever damaged ? Or what preventive measures using ? And in report other test results are normal.

My mother suffering from lower back pain, we visited yesterday orthopaedic, after examining all tests like MRI, x-ray, he said your mother needs completely bed rest for a period of three weeks , 90% of this problem may reduce purely on rest only, if not you to go for surgery. So I have asked a question to dr all works how can we do on bed only like washroom..etc can anyone suggest me please

Pea sized bulzes on bottom of back rib. Two on the right & one the left. Felt it a week back. The right side one do pain when touched. Do I need to worry about it.

My knee was struck with a iron wall during chin ups in gym last year I applied ointment for pain relief at that time. Now it's don't usually pain,, but wherever it lie down on bed or my knee is touched by a table ,, it pains.. Please help me

Popping and cracking in shoulder when I rotate arm or use arm in a certain way physically. Hurts for that moment then pain subsides
