I have fractured my right leg on the fibula,Normally how many days it will take to get cured of this type fracture

I have some irritation like feeling in my joint along with some pain like feelings for a month

Hi, I have compelet ACL tear on my left knee while playing football, it has happened two years ago, but I never went for a regular treatment, rather I have taken first aid treatment, like keeping ice and few days of rest, then slowly walking, Now I feel its not fixing and am slipping often. Now do I need to go for a immediate surgery or exercise.?
