Bone & Muscle problems

Sir ,couples of months year when i was playing badminton it give a pain in my shoulder .After it ,it pain get started more and i am unable to move my hand due to lock shoulder.

I am having extreme pain that has been increasing over the past week, although it had happened a few months back it wasn't this painful. The pain is situated right at the top of my buttocks (where the crack begins on my back). It makes it really difficult to run, (pain during walking is bearable) or the pain is intense when I sit down or stand up. Please let me know what doctor to consult for this. And if there are any medications I can take to help.

My elbow recently got fractured and it is a hair line fracture. Doctor suggested me plaster for 3 weeks. After I remove that I am not able to keep my hand normally. What should I have to do

He is suffering from loose motion from 15th of January (about 5-6 times per day) then from 1st of February he noticed pain in his neck as it was jamed (unable to turn his neck on right side) ,and now from 3-4 days he is feeling pain and jamness in his hip joint,thigh and knee. Please suggest what is going on with him and diagnosis for instant relief as he has his board papers going on.

The outer middle part of my left foot pains while walking and also when I move the foot in some angles. This started when I was stretching after a game of football last week

I have pain in my fingers with burning sensation, numbness and tingling feel. The pain started 2 years ago and increases after more work and also aggravates during winter. The pain is usually in my right hand and starts from wrist to tips of fingers. Please consult me what I need to do about the problem and what cures are possible for such pain. Thank You

I am having a minor pain in the left chest and also can observe sweeping ..pain increase when trying to breathe or sleep...please advise what can be done

My right kunckle has like a bump in the middle of it (the ligament of the middle finger i think) and whenever i make a fist I can't see my tendon like i can with my left hand. It doesn't hurt unless i pinch it as it feels a bit loose. The skin above it is also looser as i can pull it up by around 0.5mm and then i'll get the feeling that it's pulling my ligament. Why is this so?
