I am a 26year old boy working in pvt ltd company, from past 3 year I am facing the issue while playing cricket/badminton or any sport where shoulder is involved, it really hurts when I throw ball or when I service the shuttle. Few people suggested me to stay away from these kind of sports. Please assist me in this case.
