Bone & Muscle problems

I have continuous pain in my left arm, left shoulder blade, left lower back and left leg. It started with pain in my left leg about 8 years back. No doctor was able to diagnose the real cause. Now it has been drastically increased and causing me a lot of problems in my activities. If anyone has an idea what exactly my problem is, please share.

Hi My mom is 47-50 years with weight 105kgs From few days she is unable to stand on immediate basis like her knee takes time to be in regular position. She stays standing 30sec -1 min to get it right in a normal walkable position. Pain is little below of knee joint (could be gastrocnemius ). Please help

Continuous pain in knees. Difficult to walk properly. Pls check attached x ray report. Need knee surgery or can avoid it? Please give your valuable suggestions.

My mother suffering disc prolapse pbl for this pbl needs any surgery. Recently we contacted neurosurgeon he said 50/50 chances for surgery it's required or not and he written some medicines and suggested for physiotherapy, when my mother daughter doing some physiotherapy exercises she suffering from pain can we stop exercise.

Severe low and mid back pain since 2years.spine is rigid with severe stiffness.all x-ray & blood test normal.onlyMRI showing very mild l4 l5 disc bulge causing bilateral neuro foramina but doctor is saying it's normal.I am fed up with exercises and physiotherapy. Visited 50 Drs. all the countryand ate all the tablets but nothing gave relief.Only baclofen twice a day gives some relief. If I will not take this tablet, I will die . What to do. Doctors have started giving me anti depression tablets

I finished work, walked to the car and there was a high curb that I hopped on with my right foot, my foot wasn't fully on the curb so I landed on the side of my foot and collapsed to the ground, I was in so much pain I actually cried and squirmed all the way home! Haven't gone to the hospital yet but I don't want too if I don't need too. This happened about 23 hours ago.

I recently broke my fifth metatarsal and had a cast put on but it feels way too loose. My foot is able to move around freely and it feels like my foot is not on a 90 degree angle (feels pointed down closer to a 120 degree angle) and I feel like this could affect healing and be bad for my achilles.

I had a hard fall and led to mild (10%) vertebral compression in t-12. There was no indication of loss of balance or any disc movements. It has been 10 days with Bed Rest. There is no pain anymore. Is it okay to get back daily routine including going to office
