I met with an accident on January 04, 2018 and tibia and fibula of my right leg got fractured. So surgery was done on January 05 and rod was inserted.now I am waking with the help of walker and doctor suggested me to go for 30% weight bearing on my right leg. She. Kindly advise when I can go for full weight bearing and I am planning to join office from next month march
.can I do that??

Hi, weight bearing depends on fracture nature , if it is communited fracture it may take longer to put full weight on it ( upto 3 months) depends on fracture healing. Follow advise from your doctor. Do ankle and foot exercises that will help in blood circulation.
