Pain and inflamation occurs in lower part of the foot in the curved section while walking or performing some activity involving in walking. While on rest their is no pain or inflamation. This pain was present from last 2 week . Used the ice message but did not work . I am a regular gym goer and this is causing problem during excersice. Hi from last 3 days I m feeling slight pain in my left thigh from the back side not frm front side. And pain usually go by its own wish and comes after 3,4 hours of walking up from sleep. I pressed thigh but feel no pain but feel something in inside thigh.. which doctor should I see ??I have vitamin D deficiency. Please reply me soon
