Bone & Muscle problems

I am feeling pain in my left hand from last 6months , done x-ray, MRI also , taken medicine & done physiothenrapy also,but no such improvement ..note i can't able to lift mobile phone for few minutes , if then pain will start in left hand arms. can i hve to check uric acid lever etc. pl. advice

My daughter she is 1year 2months old .suddenly she fell down and her got bend now when she is standing having pain not able to stand on that foot.

I am suffering from Joint effusion is shoulder. As per MRI some fluid collection is there. Calf rotator is absolutely fine. I have swelling there and it pains when I raise my hand over my shoulder. I am taking medicine for 2 months but till now no relief . I am taking tendoshot capsule now as per orthopaedic doc advice. Can someone please advise which specialist I should consult. What are the ways to cure this problem

When I lift my left shoulder with my palm facing down, when my hand is about to reach top vertical position there is a sudden pain inside of shoulder.

Due to bike getting skid my left leg knee get twist when I giving a load on it, it's so painful for me, yesterday my knee getting twist & I feel pain & swailling in above the knee area

My MRI report shows At the L5/S1 level Disc desiccation with central disc protrution causing thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral neural foraminal compromise

How can we identify disc prolapse healing or healed, can we have to take any scans
