Bone & Muscle problems

I have completed my pcl reconstruction before one month now my leg is shaking 10% is at any problem

I crushed my wrist under a heavy object 3days ago I had a X-ray few hours after the accident and there was no fracture but the pain is so severe and the swelling is getting worse every day and bruising is going down to my fingers and on every joints.

Suffering with pain in mouth  left side jaw and getting clicking sound some time.Could please some let me know what could be the cause.

My hand shivers when i play carrom, when lift something heavy, try to balance my hand. Don't know what it is? Need help....

I have been suffering from.neck pain for the pas 6months. I have consulted a doctor 2week back another doctor .the problem is diagnosed to be cervical spondylosis. Doctor gave medicine for 30 days. I want to know the condition.what  else i can  do to cure this problem quickly.

What measures should I take at home to get a relief ? Can I apply ice pack or should I use a hot bag ?

My mother is suffering from acute back pain which worsens on movement while walking n sleeping it pains terribly. She has been taking the following medication ACIKOP MR, CIPCAL, PAN 40, it helped a little but then pain comes back n renders her immovable. She is complaining that the pain is in lower back muscles and not bones.. Mostly like muscle cramp but it goes and comes back.. Please guide. What should i do.

I had a twist playing volleyball five years back had medial meniscus tear and acl sprain treated conservatively, again i injured my knee playing volleyball a month ago My present Mri says COMPLEX TEAR INVOLVING MENISCUS INCLUDING ANTERIOR AND POSTERIOR HORN, SMALL HORIZONTAL TEAR INVOLVING POSTERIOR HORN OF LATERAL MENISCUS, INTRASUBSTANCE TEAR INVOLVING ANTEROR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT AT THE REGION OF ATTACHMENT WITH FEMUR, MILD JOINT EFFUSION, NO FREE FRAGMENT. Pls advice shall i go for arthoscopy or manage this conservatively.

I have pain in the back of my kneck on the joint and it is giving me pains up into my head and shoulders .But also hurts at the front of neck (throat ). Taken ibuprofen and paracetamol but doesnt work . Any suggestions pleaseN

I have been suffering from lowrr back pain since 3 months. Recently I went Asram hospital & consult famous doctor teegala Ramesh. He suggested me to take medicine synaptol 100mg & Gabarich 300 mg. But it won't give full relief. Thanks & regards Vikas Garapati
