Steriod injection- after taking injection how many days rest required.Is there any side effect for taking this type of injection

In my ultrasound, I got my report as mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system and mild thickness of urinary bladder, but both the kidneys are normal and ureter is not visualised. Now I have severe pain on the back. So what may be the reason for this 24year old female

Two weeks ago I smashed the top of my hand (between wrist and fingers) in a door. It bruised and swelled immediately. I had full movement, but it was painful. I did not go to doctor or ER for x-rays. It has been two weeks and it is still painful. If I bump it against even the softest thing I get a severe burning pain. There is a spot about the size of a quarter on the skin that is completely numb, no feeling at all when I touch it. And there is still moderate swelling.

After sitting for long hours my entire back bone start paining very badly. as a result i find discomfort in sitting down. I feel as if my back has frozen due to which i have to stay rigid and still in one posture. It would be kind if you please understand my symptoms and let me know the exact disorder i am facing.

While playing cricket i fall down on my shoulder and since last 1.5 years it's paining when I lift my hand at specific position

Last one year i have facing  full body pain. My BP 130/80 and sugar levels is normal 100/140. My palm always swetting. Kindly let me know the reason​. Regards

Hi , Am suffering from right leg pain since 3months after towed the bike at that time..i have taken physiotherapy and ortho treatments..but there is no use.they are telling that its muscle cramp..but still am getting pain from buttocks to palm..especially in palm when i stand more than 5mins.. please help me to whom we need to contact? There's been a constant pain under my pinky finger (I assume a tendon) where it hurts if I bend it. It also hurts if I put pressure on it. I was wondering what this is, and if I should be concerned about it?
