I am 33 & I am HLA B27 positive. My right knee is tearing & of same leg the front thigh muscle is strengthen what should I do for recovery?

I am on tuberculosis meds for my spine t.b . I was feeling good after a month's course of medicines but now after two months into the course the pain feels like its coming back ,its not back but it feels achey when I get up after lying down, is it normal ? I have gained weight and haven't missed meds .

Hii,I'm facing lower back pain since 3 year.Started with tell-bone,after 2 year it is fully cure.But a then also lower back pain is continued.After consulting to physician,I have done MRI Test.In report there is Mild listhesis in l5.And disc bulge in l4-l5.Can listhesis is curable.

Hi, From last 3 days, i was feeling very uneasy(not painful but still uncomfortable) while walking as i was feeling difference between left knee and right knee. RIGHT knee was much more fixed than Left Knee. I was feeling like my left knee was loose. I visited orthopaedic doctor. After seeing the X-Ray , he told me that meniscus in the left knee was reduced resulting my Thigh bone and Shin Bone getting into contact while walking. The doctor prescribed some tablets and a Knee Cap to wear every alternate Hour. Is this is a serious issue? What diet I have to follow? Usually how does the meniscus gets healed? And how many days it will take to be normal? Thanks in advance.
