My father got ACL tear before 1 month. In MRI, slightly torn of ligament is seen. Can it treated by ayurvrdic treatment or surgery is must needed?

I met with an accident on jan 12, I got complete tear of ACL. I was told by the doctor to wait for a month to heal the ligaments by itself. I am scared of another surgery, as I already had a surgery for my broken bones of 2fingers of my right hand in the same accident. Please suggest is there a way to avoid surgery for Acl.

I have mid back and back neck pain from last somedays. Pain is moving right to left or left to right every day in mid back. I cant understand why is this happening.
