I noticed clicking or snapping sound from both my ankles.. increased since six months...and now from almost every joint..evem TMJ..cracking sound while chewing..consulted 3 doctors..they said its normal...its nthing...now my wrist joint also crackles alot...while movement of my hand...bt all this was without any pain...recently..i felt paind during planter flexion and inversion od my right foot..and pain in pressing with hand a little in the front of ankle..whats going on???

For the past three months, I have been facing issue with my knee joints while climbing stairs, or if i fold my legs and sit, etc. I have benn diagnosed with Thyroid and am under Thyroid medication. also take calcium supplement under doctor advise.

I am having some back pain and not chronic but severe pain in the nerve in the hip area extending to the calf and further to toe..I have been diagnosed with radiculitis by a doctor (a general physician) who we regularly visit in case of any problem. He gave me some medicine -Asmy Gaba NT, Gabnor, CALVI -MZ,Cartilon-DM, THICHOREN 8 to have for 1.5month.  Now after 20daya I feel lil better. But I don't know what exactly the problem is? Is it a permanent problem or and I can recover and how soon? Is it due to life style disorder? Can I do some physical exercise and of what sort?? As he has asked me strictly to stay away from physiotharipy or any physical exercise.
