Sir, I am getting severe pain in leg at the region of shin bone.
The pain used to aggravate while running for 2-3 mins.
The pain will reduce on taking rest, or if I stop running.
I am getting this pain from last 2 weeks, since I Started for jogging.

Pain in shin region may due to recent onset of exercise and nutritional deficiency. Get evaluated by an orthopaedic surgeon and get your x-rays done. Start with calcirol sachet once a week and tab shelcal once a day.
